SUMMARY:Dual Enrollment for Foster Youth: Toward Effective Practice
DESCRIPTION:Dual enrollment holds the promise of improving educational outcomes for underserved populations\, including foster youth. This webinar will share findings from a forthcoming CLP report on a pilot undertaken by three college sites to support foster youth to enroll in dual enrollment classes. Webinar panelists will include campus staff and college students who participated in the pilot. They’ll share key challenges encountered by students and practitioners along with promising practices.
