So\, how can counselors\, college and career leaders\, and dual enrollment administrators across California’s college and TK-12 systems collaborate to expand dual enrollment access and support students who stand to benefit most? Strong partnership grounded in equity and shared responsibility across the school\, district\, and college levels remains key to removing barriers for California’s Black\, Latinx\, and Native American students.
