DESCRIPTION:SSSC26 Session Description \nOver a three-year partnership\, Mendocino College and the Career Ladders Project worked to strengthen the college’s capacity as a Hispanic-Serving Institution by focusing on equity-minded practices\, servingness\, and relationship-centered student support. Through professional learning sessions\, student journey mapping\, and cross-campus collaboration\, faculty\, staff\, and administrators examined how institutional culture\, mindsets\, and everyday practices impact student belonging\, persistence\, and completion. This session will share the structure of this work\, lessons learned\, and examples of small but meaningful practice changes that improved the student experience. DESCRIPTION:Dual enrollment is growing across California\, creating new opportunities for students to experience college and begin purposeful pathways earlier in their student journey. This interactive workshop draws from a seven-month professional learning experience developed by Career Ladders Project (CLP) with the Bay Area K-16 Collaborative.  \nParticipants will explore three areas of culturally responsive dual enrollment teaching: Creating Conditions for Success\, Cultivating Learner Success\, and Course Reflection and Refinement.  \nThrough reflection\, discussion\, and application\, participants will leave with practical strategies for strengthening faculty preparation and creating more equitable dual enrollment learning experiences. \nPresenters: Byron Reaves and Laurencia Walker\, CLP \nWorkshop details: This session is offered as a post-conference workshop of the California Dual Enrollment Equity Conference.
