The first Equitable Counseling Regional Convening welcomed a full house of 130 participants at Riverside City College on March 14.
The convening opened with a welcome presentation followed by interactive breakout workshops in three strands: equitable counseling, dual enrollment, and student success teams. During lunch, participants heard from Riverside City College students in a student voices panel. The event concluded with a research presentation from Dr. Darla Cooper, Executive Director of The RP Group.
