Kylie Campbell
director
Kylie is known for her work supporting the expansion of dual enrollment in Kern Community College District, which serves over 14,500 high school students across the Central Valley. In addition to her experience leading dual enrollment partnerships, Kylie has also been a math teacher, school principal, and served most recently as the Associate Dean of Dual Enrollment at Mt. San Antonio College.
The opportunity that Kylie had to enroll in courses at her local community college during her senior year of high school had a formative influence on her educational and professional trajectory. Dual enrollment helped her gain skills and confidence, and she went on to become the first in her family to attend and graduate from college. Kylie has devoted her career to bringing the same opportunities to others by helping colleges redesign and strengthen their approaches to reaching and supporting students of all ages and backgrounds.
Kylie has a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from BIOLA University and a master’s in educational leadership from CSU Fullerton. She is a founding member of the California Alliance of Dual Enrollment Partnerships (CADEP) and serves on the planning committee for the California Dual Enrollment Equity Conference. Kylie is also a strategic advisor for the Education Trust-West and leadership academy mentor for the California Community College Association for Occupational Education (CCCAOE).
