Transforming Student Support: Centering Equitable Counseling in Community Colleges

CLP will be presenting this session at the A2MEND Annual Summit. This session explores transformative counseling approaches that center equity, inclusion, and holistic support for students and their families. By shifting from transactional to transformative practices, counselors can foster belonging, empowerment, and success. Participants will gain insights into innovative strategies, including models from learning communities and effective counselor leadership in institutional planning.
