Vision 2030: Access, Success & Support with Equity for High School and Justice Involved Youth

Join us at a two-day convening of college leaders and practitioners to explore the role of dual enrollment in transforming education for students including justice system-involved youth.
Workshops and breakout sessions include:
- Teaching on the inside: culturally relevant curricula and pedagogy and establishing a college culture for detained youth
- Neural plasticity of psychological development and diverse learning abilities for justice involved youth
- Using data to identify equity gaps in dual enrollment
- Effective youth transition strategies from detention to college campuses post release
- Supporting priority populations in dual enrollment: Umoja, Foster Youth, and Food and Housing Insecure Students

Who should attend? Day 1 of the convening is geared for both executive leadership and practitioners. Day 2 features breakout sessions for practitioners.
