The six-part roundtable series, Conversations with Counselors: Strengthening our Practice with Equity in Mind, was designed by California Counseling Network (CaCN) members to connect counselors across the community college system, engage in student-centered conversation, and share strategies and practices to support student success.

At this session, roundtable guests exchanged successful strategies to increase enrollment through proactive college and high school collaboration. It also featured a panel of high school students sharing their challenges as they consider post-high school education and how educators can help.
